Welcome to the Drop
Before School, After School and Summer Enrichment Programs For Early Childhood, Children and Teens.
The Drop-In Community Learning & Resource Center of New London is a grass-roots organization that believes that youth empowerment begins with serving the community. Since 1970 we've been fostering the academic and social development of children, and promoting family engagement in the learning process.
EARLY CHILDHOOD
PROGRAMS
School and After School Care
Pre-K:
All day care for tots in a safe, engaging environment. Kids follow a theme-based curriculum to help prepare them for kindergarten A love for learning is fostered as they engage in developmentally-appropriate programs in a nurturing environment.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
After School Enrichment
Grades K-5
Literacy is key to our after school enrichment program. Students engage in various activities as they are taken through our literacy program. Students are engaged and develop the skills that contribute to successful academic performance.
TEEN PROGRAMS
After School and Summer Life & Career Skills
Grades 6, 7 & 8th
Our After School and Summer programs for teens introduces them to critical life and career skills to help prepare them for real-world challenges. Students work together in a collaborative environment where they gain the skills they need to become responsible young adults.
